Parenting feels overwhelming sometimes.

You don’t have to figure it out alone.

Family guidance and coaching with Ashley Daughenbaugh, MSN, CRNP

About The Guided Parent Project

The Guided Parent Project provides safe, virtual, one-on-one parent guidance for families seeking support, reassurance, and practical tools for everyday parenting challenges. These sessions are educational, supportive, and focused on helping parents navigate the questions, concerns, and situations that arise throughout childhood. It is a private, judgment-free space where parents can talk through challenges, gain perspective, and leave with practical strategies they can use right away.

Sessions may be helpful for parents who would like:

  • Dedicated time to discuss parenting questions, challenges, or difficult situations that deserve thoughtful attention.
  • Guidance and reassurance about child behaviors and what may be developmentally typical.
  • Practical tools and strategies for managing everyday parenting concerns.
  • Support in preparing for conversations with healthcare providers, educators, or other professionals so they can confidently advocate for their child.
  • A trusted sounding board as they navigate the ups and downs of parenting.

Services consist of virtual one-on-one parent guidance sessions for families of infants through school-age children.

See what my clients have to say:

I am pleased and honored to endorse Ashley and The Guided Parent Project LLC. I have known Ashley personally for many years and as a grandparent, have benefited from her extensive pediatric knowledge and expertise.

As a medical professional myself, adult medicine, I’ve counted on Ashley  to help me better understand my grandson’s behavior and how to navigate changes when he is  away from his parent. She’s helped us to deal with his sleep patterns in unfamiliar environments, and even common questions like, “Why won’t he eat that at my house when he eats it at home all the time?”

As grandparents, we also need guidance and reassurance. What was considered normal when we raised our children 30 or 40 years ago may not reflect what we know today. Ashley has a unique ability to provide practical insight and help families understand what is developmentally typical.

I highly recommend reaching out to Ashley. It is easy to see why families trust her to help them better understand and support their most valuable treasures—their children and
grandchildren.

– Rachel Gregoroff, ARNP

We have been using Ashley’s guidance for the last seven years and it has been nothing short of exceptional. She has given us the time, effort, and care we desperately needed for our son’s development. She has been an advocate for us with school, and a liaison between our family and our PCP. She is able to take time above and beyond the quick, five-minute visit in a doctor’s office. She listens carefully and mindfully to both our concerns and our children’s symptoms and always takes the time to explain things in a way we can understand. She is the most trusted ally we have standing beside us through our son’s health journey. I would highly recommend using her services!”
